A Wave Inn - Montauk, Montauk

I stayed at this motel recently, and I was really frustrated with my experience. The room was outdated and far from clean, which for the price I paid felt unacceptable. On the bright side, the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, which was a big plus. However, the lack of basic amenities and poor service seriously detracted from the overall value.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The accommodations were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making it feel comfortable. The proximity to the beach was fantastic, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere for relaxation. However, some of the facilities, like the furniture, could use an update, and there were minor issues with noise from other guests that bothered me a bit during the night.

I had a pretty good experience overall, especially for what I paid. The property is clean, and the pool area is a great spot to unwind. However, I did find the bathroom tight and could have used better placement for the shelf, which caused me some bumps. The noise from upstairs was a bit bothersome at times, but I still think I would return.

The hotel is located close to the beach, which is convenient for access, but our stay was extremely disappointing. The rooms were in need of major updates, and the cleanliness left much to be desired. For $320 a night, we expected a lot more, and the condition of the facilities was unacceptable, leading to a frustrating experience overall.

While the hotel boasts a clean setup and spacious rooms, my experience was hampered by uncomfortable beds and constant noise disturbances from neighboring guests. The staff were accommodating, but the overall experience left much to be desired given the high prices.
